Q. How do I book my first appointment?
You can book directly through our online booking system — available 24/7 — or call us at (512) 945-3943 during studio hours. For first-time clients, we recommend booking a consultation so we can tailor your service.

Q. How long do eyelash extensions last?
With proper care, a full set lasts the full natural lash cycle — roughly six to eight weeks. Most clients return every two to three weeks for a fill to keep their lashes looking lush. View our full lash service menu for set options and fill pricing.

Q. How should I prepare for a lash appointment?
Come with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or oil-based products. A few small things make a big difference:
- Avoid caffeine an hour before (it makes your eyes flutter)
- Skip waterline makeup the day of
- Leave contact lenses at home if possible
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in

Q. Is permanent makeup actually permanent?
The pigment is implanted into the skin, so yes — it stays. But it does soften over time, which is why we call it "semi-permanent." Most clients return for a touch-up every one to three years to keep the color crisp. Learn more about our PMU services.

Q. Does permanent makeup hurt?
Most clients describe the sensation as pressure or light scratching — not painful. We use a topical numbing agent before and during the procedure to keep you comfortable from start to finish. Sensitivity varies, and we'll always check in with you throughout the session.

Q. What makes DMK different from a regular facial?

Q. How many DMK treatments will I need?
It depends on your skin and your goals. A consultation is the best way to build a custom protocol — most clients see real change in a series of three to six treatments, paired with the home-care prescriptives we recommend.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the slot to someone else. No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the service cost. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Q. Where are you located, and is parking easy?
We're at 9000 RM 2147, Suite 102, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657. Plenty of free parking right outside the suite — you won't have to hunt for a spot.
